IPO Details
Quality Power IPO has successfully completed its IPO process and is now listed on the NSE and BSE. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the IPO was a book-built issue with a total issue size of ₹859 Crore, comprising a fresh issue of 52.94 Lakh equity shares aggregating to ₹225.00 Crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.49 Crore equity shares aggregating to ₹633.70 Crore by the existing shareholders.
